"Digital Products" refers to any downloadable assets, templates, or software sold on the website.
2. Services and Deliverables
We provide digital web solutions, including but not limited to custom Framer website development and productized frontend packages.
Custom Projects:
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for custom development will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any work.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments for our digital products and services are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. By purchasing our ptoducts, you agree to our checkout terms and conditions. For productized services or digital goods, full payment is required upfront.
For custom development projects, payment schedules (e.g., deposits and milestone payments) will be outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to halt work if milestone payments are delayed.
4. Intellectual Property
Digital Products: Upon purchase of a digital product (e.g., templates, components), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the specific license terms provided at checkout. You may not resell or redistribute the raw files.
Custom Development:
Upon final payment, the Client owns the intellectual property rights to the final custom website design and frontend deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of downloadable digital software and assets, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.
Custom Services:
If a custom project is canceled by the Client before completion, we reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit and bill for any work completed up to the date of cancellation.
6. Warranties and Revisions
We strive to deliver high-quality web solutions. Custom development projects include a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly or fixed rate.
We do not guarantee that the website or software will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted post-handoff, but we will address critical bugs reported within [Insert Number] days of the final delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rehan Sajid or 7dweb be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website, the digital products, or the services provided. 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
